ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

• Your doctor’s office or anesthesiologist will call you the day before your surgery to answer any questions
• Our office will contact you regarding financial responsibilities and verification of insurance.
• Visa, Mastercard and most insurance plans will be accepted.
• Arrive at the Center one hour prior to your scheduled surgery
• Bathe at home. Do not apply cosmetics, lotion, cream or power to your skin.
• Remove contact lenses, cosmetics and jewelry
• Dentures should be worn but may be removed in the operation
• Your clothes should be loose-fitting and buttoned in front rather than pulled over the head.
• For the comfort and assurance of children patients, bring a favorite toy or blanket.
